A Peruvian Client Visited For Test Drive Of The Telescopic Handler

A Peruvian customer visited for a test drive of the extended arm fork: The quality and strength have won international recognition. Recently, a three-person business delegation from Peru arrived at our company’s production base, specifically to conduct an on-site test drive and inspection of the new telescopic fork. This is also the first time that this model of telescopic fork has been deeply experienced by a South American customer. The on-site communication and test drive session fully demonstrated the international competitiveness of the product.

At 9 a.m., the Peruvian client, accompanied by the company’s foreign trade team and technical director, first visited the production workshop of the telescopic fork. From the processing and assembly of core components to the debugging and testing of the entire machine, customers would stop from time to time to ask questions. The technical team then elaborated in detail on the product’s R&D concept, material selection and performance advantages in both Chinese and English. When the customer learned that this telescopic boom fork had been specially optimized for off-road performance and the load-bearing stability of the telescopic boom in response to the terrain characteristics of the South American market, they nodded repeatedly in approval.

The test drive session was held at the company’s test site. Professional test drivers first demonstrated standard operations. The flexible extension of the telescopic boom and the smooth and precise lifting of the goods drew rounds of admiration from the customers. Subsequently, the Peruvian customer personally climbed onto the operation console and, under the guidance of the staff, completed a series of operations including goods handling, boom extension and retraction, and site turning. The operation is very smooth and the view is also excellent. In our mining and warehousing scenarios in Peru, such equipment can fully meet the requirements. After the test drive, the customer said in not-so-fluent Chinese and even gave a thumbs-up.

After the test drive, both sides held in-depth discussions on the customized demands of the product, the after-sales service system and the cooperation model. The Peruvian customer stated that this test drive gave them a direct and profound understanding of the product’s quality. They hope to reach a cooperation as soon as possible and introduce this telescopic fork to the Peruvian market. This visit for a test drive is not only a professional inspection of our company’s products, but also has built a bridge for business cooperation between China and Peru, laying a solid foundation for our products to enter the South American market.
