Multi-stage Telescopic Structure
The multi-stage telescopic structure allows for precise length adjustment, seamlessly switching between narrow spaces and open work areas, significantly improving space utilization. The boom has undergone rigorous stress testing and structural optimization to ensure stability and safety when handling heavy materials.

Steering Wheel and Control Panel
Ergonomic steering wheel; high-definition intelligent display screen supporting fault diagnosis and parameter adjustment; integrated button area with a clear layout on the right side panel.

Engine Assembly
High-power diesel engine, high-efficiency intake air filtration, enhanced cooling system, and precision fuel filtration ensure a clean fuel supply and improve engine operational stability.

Panoramic Safety Cab
The roll cage-like frame provides a strong safety barrier for the operator under extreme conditions. An ultra-wide panoramic view eliminates blind spots typical of traditional cabs; the driver’s seat features a multi-function steering wheel with integrated hydraulic control levers; and a standard floating shock-absorbing seat effectively cushions bumps and impacts.

Telescopic Boom Assembly
Precision hydraulic system, with a top-integrated high-pressure hydraulic valve block and wear-resistant oil pipes. The pipes are equipped with wear-resistant sleeves, ensuring secure connections and precise hydraulic response, guaranteeing smooth and seamless boom extension, retraction, and lifting.

Multi-stage Telescopic Structure
Utilizing large-tread engineering tires with deep treads and strong grip, suitable for muddy, gravel, and other complex conditions, preventing slippage and getting stuck. Thickened rims provide strong load-bearing capacity. Curved mudguards at joints protect the vehicle’s paint and core components.
The VANSE 1840 18-meter telescopic boom forklift focuses on the demands of ultra-high-altitude and heavy-duty operations. With a rated load of 5 tons and a maximum lifting height of 18 meters (equivalent to the height of a 6-story residential building), it redefines the standards for high-altitude material handling. It is widely used in heavy-duty scenarios such as high-rise building construction, large-scale venue construction, port and dock loading and unloading, and mining operations at height. It can easily handle complex terrains such as mud, rocks, and sand. Safety features have been comprehensively upgraded, including a ROPS-FOPS Level 2 safety cab, an anti-rollover warning system, and an automatic weighing system, providing triple protection. Combined with a 360° panoramic view, it comprehensively mitigates operational risks. It supports quick-change of more than 30 attachments, enabling various functions such as forklift operation, lifting, shoveling, and aerial platform work, truly achieving “one machine with multiple functions” and significantly improving the overall efficiency in heavy-duty work scenarios.
