Tire Assembly
Utilizes engineering tires with deep tread patterns and strong grip, suitable for complex conditions such as mud and gravel, preventing slippage and getting stuck. Equipped with thickened rims for enhanced load-bearing capacity. Curved mudguards at joints protect the vehicle’s paint and core components.
Telescopic Boom and Fork Carriage
The telescopic boom undergoes heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating treatment, making it resistant to deformation and rust. Standardized interfaces are provided for quick attachment switching. The fork carriage assembly uses an integrated welding process, resulting in a robust structure. The fork teeth are made of thickened alloy steel, offering excellent bending and folding resistance, making it suitable for heavy-duty material handling.

The engine compartment is equipped with an aluminum foil heat insulation layer to effectively block high-temperature conduction. A large-diameter, high-efficiency air filter system is standard, suitable for engineering work environments with high dust and impurities. An integrated cooling system, paired with a large-size cooling fan, ensures continuous operating efficiency.

Its core advantages include a 2.5-ton rated load capacity and a 6-meter maximum lifting height, making it perfectly suited for diverse applications such as material handling on construction sites, municipal engineering repairs, small farm operations, and cargo loading and unloading in factories. The machine features a compact design, with a total length of only 3.9 meters and a width of 1.81 meters, and a minimum turning radius of 3.31 meters, allowing it to easily maneuver in confined spaces and overcome the limitations of larger equipment. Equipped with a 55.4kW National IV compliant engine, it provides stable power output while being energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. Combined with a fully hydraulic telescopic system and 4-wheel drive technology, it ensures smooth driving and precise operation on both flat factory floors and slightly uneven outdoor terrain.
